Homecoming Weekend

17–19 October 2014

The Agnes offers free admission to alumni for the three days of Homecoming weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, we offer a guided tour starting at 11 am.

Enjoy fascinating exhibitions at the Agnes in a 45-minute tour: explore images of the final months of Kingston Penitentiary by leading photographer Geoffrey James in Inside Kingston Penitentiary, consider how contemporary  artists express environmental issues in I hope humanity . . . , contemplate new donations of 17th-century art in Rembrandt’s Circle: Making History, and more. Admission is free for alumni on all three days.

We are open 10 to 4:30 on Friday, with  extended hours of 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday, we offer a guided tour at 11 am for 45 minutes, and the docent will be available until 1 pm for informal conversation with those who drop in later.
