Organized by Queen’s University, Thrive is a week-long series of events focused on building positive mental health for students, faculty and staff. Agnes is participating by hosting a Wellness Art Journaling Workshop in the André Biéler Studio.
Explore the artistic process through experimentation and play with a wide range of media, including collage, drawing, painting and art journaling. Create your own wellness journal and take it home to inspire future creativity.
Facilitated by Arts Educator and Art Therapist Harper Johnston, this pop-up workshop will address themes of empowerment and agency, while fostering a safe space and a sense of cross-cultural community. No prior artistic experience necessary, this accessible program is FREE for the Queen’s community.
