Two of a Kind: Pendant Prints in Eighteenth-Century Europe explores the phenomenon of pendant prints, which decorated fashionable homes in Enlightenment-era Europe. Spanning a variety of subjects, artists, and techniques, these prints examine the aesthetic and intellectual impact of displaying twinned works of art while also highlighting some of the century’s most accomplished printmakers.
